We have used Johnny On The Spot Services several times and have always been more than satisfied with their work. They consistently arrive on time, get right to work, and take pride in doing the job right. The carpentry work is always spot-on, and the crews are courteous, professional, and respectful. This time was no exception. Another job well done by JOTS—we highly recommend them!

“Everyone that I have shown the pictures of our addition has thought it was beautiful. I enjoyed working with the JOTS folks who came over to do our project. They did so much, even making sure things were cleaned up and safe for our dogs every night. Thanks to everyone for the job well done!”  (TM – Richmond, VA)

“Another excellent job completed by Johnny on the Spot. We have always wanted an enclosed vegetable garden; and when my husband retired in early May, we knew who to call to make sure the job was done properly. Because we live in the country, we had to have a fence high enough to keep the deer out. From design to completion, we got exactly what we wanted. As always, everyone was professional, friendly, responsive and respectful of our home and property. This is the fourth Johnny on the Spot project we have done in a year, and we have never been disappointed. Highly recommended!”

Everyone on the team overall seemed to capture the vision we had for a remodeled bathroom. The core team at JOTS is committed to doing an excellent job – pleasant yet professional, providing helpful suggestions and insight based on their expertise. We are really enjoying the transformation!

The JOTS team did an amazing job. Every person I dealt with was courteous and professional. The technicians that did the work were knowledgeable and did all of the little extras that made the job perfect.

When we moved in, our house had a nice hardscaped backyard, but they used an existing fence as a retaining wall for new planting beds and a water feature. That worked for some years until we were the ones who had to figure out how to get the fence replaced when it inevitably rotted prematurely.

I knew I was in a tough situation because it wasn’t built right in the first place, and old work always takes more care than new work. After getting an astronomical quote from one contractor and wide eyes—followed by ghosting—by another, I thought of Nathan at JOTS and some of the projects they have done in the past at my small business. I wasn’t sure fences were in his wheelhouse, but he had solved some interesting problems.

Nathan came right at it and came up with a solution that was economical, attractive, and practical. The JOTS team executed the job professionally and exceeded my expectations. It is refreshing to see the results of people who seem to enjoy and take pride in their work.

I just wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for your team. They were professional, did exceptionally clean work, and left the spaces spotless when the job was complete. On top of that, they were dependable and communicated clearly throughout the process—not always easy to find as you likely know!

I’ve been in the real estate industry for about a decade, between here and Hawaii, and I know how valuable it is to work with a team that is reliable, thorough, and communicative. Steven, went out of his way to keep me informed and help wherever needed from the start, and it made the whole process seamless.

The crew on site were all super respectful too.   (DB, Chesterfield, VA)

Johnny On The Spot did a fantastic job on our mantel project. They were professional, thoughtful, and took exceptional care of our property. The price quoted to remove the existing mantel and install the new one was very reasonable and beat the price of other estimates we received by at least three times. What we didn’t know was that Johnny On The Spot would pick up the mantel from where we purchased it and bring it to us…a real bonus! We will use Johnny On The Spot for any repairs or projects we have in the future. Thank you so much!  (HS, Maidens, VA)
