When we moved in, our house had a nice hardscaped backyard, but they used an existing fence as a retaining wall for new planting beds and a water feature. That worked for some years until we were the ones who had to figure out how to get the fence replaced when it inevitably rotted prematurely. 

I knew I was in a tough situation because it wasn’t built right in the first place, and old work always takes more care than new work. After getting an astronomical quote from one contractor and wide eyes—followed by ghosting—by another, I thought of Nathan at JOTS and some of the projects they have done in the past at my small business. I wasn’t sure fences were in his wheelhouse, but he had solved some interesting problems. 

Nathan came right at it and came up with a solution that was economical, attractive, and practical. The JOTS team executed the job professionally and exceeded my expectations. It is refreshing to see the results of people who seem to enjoy and take pride in their work.

Johnny On The Spot did a fantastic job on our mantel project. They were professional, thoughtful, and took exceptional care of our property. The price quoted to remove the existing mantel and install the new one was very reasonable and beat the price of other estimates we received by at least three times. What we didn’t know was that Johnny On The Spot would pick up the mantel from where we purchased it and bring it to us…a real bonus!
