How long does it take to be contacted after submitting an online estimate request?
Most requests will receive a response within 24 hours, during normal business hours, Monday- Friday.
How long does it take to receive an estimate?
Once an estimate is scheduled for an on-site visit, most estimates are turned around within 48 hours. For more detailed estimate request, it may take an additional few days. An example would be for bathroom and kitchen renovation work or if supplies would be a special order. Sometimes this takes longer to get pricing.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. A 3% convenience fee will be added to credit card payments.
Do estimates expire?
Estimates expire in 30 days.
What kind of products and supplies do you use?
We only use name brand, top quality products and supplies.
How soon is payment due?
Payment is due immediately upon completion of any work.
