Sanding and Salting
We use a high-quality sand and salt mixture for large are as such as parking lots and garage surfaces. We also use an environmentally friendly ice melt that is safe for sidewalks and vegetation; a color indicator that can be visibly seen; and is blended with Magnesium Chloride and Ice Ban. Ice Melt is highly recommended for pre-treatment for maximum traction for pedestrian walking.
Brine Application
We offer a liquid mixture for anti-icing or pre-treatment before a precipitation occurs. This mixture is usually sprayed on sidewalk surfaces but should not be used in replacement of ice melt. Brine does not have a color indicator like ice melt.
Plowing
We plow most surfaces to include parking lots, garages, and parking deck entrances. We use the latest in technology and equipment. For longer and smaller areas, we also have tractors and UTVs to handle the snow removal.
Blowing
We have available quality snow blowers to use for short, level driveways, decks, and walkways. Blowing is usually performed for lower snow totals and best for light powdery snow.
Shoveling
We offer snow shoveling services to help eliminate accumulation buildup of snow on sidewalks, driveways, and entry ways. Shoveling is performed during events to help maintain a safe environment.
