The JOTS Home Maintenance Service Agreement includes:

• Two gutter cleans annually,
• Two home/driveway/ front porch and back deck power washes annually
• Twice a year preventive maintenance/battery replacement on smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.  AND
• Twice a year “customer’s choice” (i.e. choices of window cleaning, mulching, hedge trimming, leaf-blowing/yard clean-up)

Pricing offers greater saving to you by bundling services – The agreement helps reduce visits, which helps us pass on savings to you.
