Data Center Cleaning Services​

Data center cleaning requires a specialized approach that goes far beyond traditional construction cleaning. Our process is designed to support the cleanliness requirements of mission-critical environments and help facilities achieve ISO Class 8 cleanliness standards. Throughout the project, our team performs progressive cleaning to continuously remove construction dust, debris, and contaminants from floors, walls, overhead spaces, cable trays, equipment surfaces, and other critical areas. By maintaining a controlled environment during construction, we help prevent the accumulation and migration of particulate matter that could negatively impact sensitive IT equipment and commissioning activities.

As areas approach substantial completion, we perform a comprehensive Final Clean utilizing HEPA-filtered vacuums, microfiber cleaning systems, and approved cleaning methods specifically designed for data center environments. Following the cleaning process, particle count testing is conducted using calibrated particle counters to measure airborne particulate levels at multiple locations throughout the data hall. Testing typically includes particle sizes such as 0.3 micron, 0.5 micron, 1.0 micron, and 5.0 micron, which are evaluated against the applicable ISO Class 8 cleanliness criteria. Should any area exceed the acceptable limits, our team will reclean the affected space and retest until the required standards are achieved. This systematic approach provides documented verification that the facility is clean, compliant, and ready for equipment installation, commissioning, and operational turnover.
